NextGen CPD – Travel Disclaimer

NextGen CPD is in the business of conducting premium continuing professional development conferences. NextGen CPD is not a travel agent.

While we aim to locate our conferences in premium overseas locations, we will not normally arrange travel for our registrants; that is their responsibility.

Of course, we recommend preferred accommodation, and sometimes transportation, we accept no liability of any kind arising out of those recommendations; the responsibility to be present to attend our conferences is that of our registrants.

NextGen CPD strongly urges our registrants to obtain their own, individual, independent travel insurance to protect against the risks of contemporary travel and force majeure, such as pandemics, border issues, war, airline and accommodation cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and similar risks of travel.

Academic Program – Disclaimer Medical Practitioners

As a practising professional, you will know that it is your responsibility to manage your own Continuing Professional Development (or, as it is often referred to, Continuing Professional Education).

At NextGen CPD, our aim is, as best we can manage on our understanding of the relevant Australian rules, to attract one CPD ‘point’ for each hour of our program, and to address at least the three of the most ‘important’ (or ‘popular’) strands of CPD for at least one ‘point’s worth, in each strand.

Each of our conferences has a minimum of hours of academic content, enabling you to choose the sessions you consider most relevant and appropriate to you as a practitioner, given your individual practice and professional development needs.

NextGen CPD provides formal Certificates of Attendance to all our conference attendees for your records. Of course, it is up to our attendees individually to manage their CPD reporting and claims with their relevant professional bodies.
